Fermilab Password Reset Tool:

This is a self service tool where you can reset, change, or unlock your Windows (Fermi) and LDAP (Services) domain passwords without having to call the Service Desk or enter a Service Desk ticket.

This tool will require you to register/enroll before you can use it to reset, change, or unlock your account passwords. During the enrollment you will create security questions for BOTH domains and enroll an alternate non-fnal.gov for LDAP (Services) only.

This tool cannot change passwords for elevated accounts such as -mgr, -test accounts, nor special purpose accounts such as captive and service accounts. You can only use this tool to manage your normal user or -admin accounts.

The Windows Domain (Fermi) account is the account you use to login to your Windows Computer.
